Our insurance policy and safety protocols do not allow tubing, skiing, or towing any person or object behind a rental jet ski.
Attempting to tow will result in immediate termination of your rental, loss of your deposit, and may include additional damage or towing fees.
Yes, life jackets are provided and required for all riders and passengers.

Cancellations are not valid until confirmed via email.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation start time to receive a full refund.
Same-day or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of your security deposit and/or rental fees if we cannot rebook the time slot
